This list includes the council in the 11th Viennese district Simmering on.

Only those objects are listed that have been built since the beginning of social housing. Older houses that are owned by the City of Vienna and in which municipal apartments are also given are therefore missing.

First the named buildings are listed, then the unnamed ones by address. Finally, the settlements are listed that emerged from the settlement movement supported by the City of Vienna in the 1920s .
