The Maltese Premier League 1994/95 was the 80th season in the history of the highest Maltese football league . Hibernian's Paola became champion for the eighth time . For the first time, the three-point rule was played.

Compared to the previous season , the newly promoted FC St. George’s , Naxxar Lions and Pietà Hotspurs replaced the relegated Rabat Ajax and FC Mqabba . FC Birkirkara and FC St. Andrews had merged to form FC Birkirkara Luxol before the start of the season. Pietà was first class for the first time, St. George's for the first time since the 1992/93 season , Naxxar for the first time since the 1990/91 season again first class.

The season was played back and forth. There were three points for a win, one for a draw and no point for a loss. In the event of a tie, a decision game was provided for the decision about the championship and the relegation places. The last two placed had to relegate to the First Division.
