Matthew "Matt" Glantz (born November 26, 1971 in Lafayette Hill , Pennsylvania ) is a professional American poker player .

Personal

Glantz worked after leaving school as options traders on Philadelphia Stock Exchange , the oldest stock exchange in the United States. He is married with two children and lives in Philadelphia .

Poker career

Glantz plays on the online poker platforms PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker under the nickname PokerGodZeus . Since 1999 he has been taking part in renowned live tournaments .

Glantz was in mid-May 2000 for the first time at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas successful and died in a tournament variant Limit Hold'em in the money. At the beginning of July 2005 he reached his first WSOP final table in the tournament series, which has meanwhile been played in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and took second place, worth almost 365,000 US dollars .
