Mount Allison University

The Mount Allison University (abbreviation Mount A or MTA ) is a public University in Sackville , New Brunswick , Canada .

The college was founded in 1843 and started operations in 1849. It is affiliated with the United Church of Canada . Around 2,250 students are trained in undergraduate programs in art, economics, natural sciences, visual arts and music. In 2018, a life sciences research center was established to investigate the effects of climate and pollutant changes on marine and freshwater economic systems.
