Narcy is a French commune with 247 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Dizier and the canton of Eurville-Bienville (until 2015 Chevillon ). The inhabitants are called Narcyssois .

Narcy is about eight miles southeast of Saint-Dizier city center . Narcy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cousances-les-Forges in the north, Savonnières-en-Perthois in the east and northeast, Brauvilliers in the east and southeast, Fontaines-sur-Marne in the south and southeast, Bayard-sur-Marne in the south and southwest as well Eurville-Bienville to the west.
