Vaux-sur-Blaise is located in the sparsely populated southern Champagne , about 25 kilometers south of Saint-Dizier . Vaux-sur-Blaise is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montreuil-sur-Blaise in the north, Brousseval in the north and northeast, Valleret in the northeast, Domblain in the east, Rachecourt-Suzémont in the south, Bailly-aux-Forges in the west and southwest and Wassy in the West and northwest.
