Lezéville is located about 30 kilometers south-southeast of Saint-Dizier . The Saulx crosses the municipality in the northwest. Lezéville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gillaumé in the north and northwest, Cirfontaines-en-Ornois in the north, Chassey-Beaupré in the northeast, Dainville-Bertheléville in the east, Grand in the southeast, Germay in the south, Thonnance-les-Moulins in the west and southwest as well Échenay in the northwest.
