Paroy-sur-Saulx is located about 27 kilometers southeast of the city center of Saint-Dizier in the valley of the eponymous river Saulx . Paroy-sur-Saulx is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montiers-sur-Saulx in the north and east, Effincourt in the south and Osne-le-Val in the west and south-west.
