Pansey (until 2011: Pancey ) is a French commune with 97 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Dizier and the canton of Poissons .

Pansey is about 18 miles southeast of Saint-Dizier city center .
