Nowhere Man ( English man to nowhere [analogously]). is an EP released on July 8, 1966 by the British rock band The Beatles . background

The EP Nowhere Man was released seven months after the album Rubber Soul was released in December 1965. In the meantime, the single Paperback Writer / Rain was released in June 1966 , so that the EP Nowhere Man was no longer released soon.

While no single was released from the album Rubber Soul in Great Britain , the record company ODEON in Germany decided to release the singles Michelle / Girl (January 21, 1966, 6th place) and Nowhere Man / What Goes On (March 3rd, 1966, 3rd place) to publish.

On July 16, 1966, the EP entered the UK EP charts; Overall, Nowhere Man stayed in the EP charts for 18 weeks and reached number 4. The EP could not place itself in the British singles charts.
