Olivier Djappa (born November 22, 1969 in Douala ) is a former Cameroonian football player .
Career
Djappa began his professional career in Germany at Rot-Weiss Essen . He came from Racing Bafoussam in Cameroon. The striker helped Essen in the promotion round after the 1992/93 season in going out of the third division. In the 1993/94 season , Djappa scored 4 hits in 18 games, Essen had to relegate due to irregularities in the licensing process. He went to Borussia Fulda for five years before moving to SSV Reutlingen 05 . Here he was first in the 1999/00 season top scorer of the Regionalliga Süd (36 goals) and a year later, together with Artur Wichniarek, the most successful striker in the 2nd Bundesliga with 18 goals. In 2002 he went to the Regionalliga Süd for SpVgg Unterhaching , stayed there only one season and moved to the Oberliga Nordrhein at Ratingen 04/19 . A year later he joined the Westphalian league club SSV Hagen and in summer 2005 the striker returned to Borussia Fulda. After he did not get a new offer at the end of the season despite good performances, although he was ready to talk and wanted to stay in Fulda, Djappa moved to the Fulda group league club SV Neuhof in the 7th league in the 2008/09 season in order to build his own football school with the help of the club. In the 2009/10 season Olivier Djappa is the player-coach at SG Johannesberg . He has been a youth coach at Borussia Fulda since the 2011/12 season.
In his career he played a total of 81 games in the 2nd Bundesliga (28 goals) and 136 games in the Regional League (81 goals). For the Cameroonian national team , he completed 15 games and scored five goals. Oliver Djappa has his own soccer school in Eichenzell , Hesse.
