Trinidad and Tobago participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics in the British capital in London with 31athletes nominatedby the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee in six sports.

Since 1948 it was the 16th participation of Trinidad and Tobago in the Summer Olympics .
