Patrick von Blume (born October 1969 in Ravensburg ) is a German actor , musician and singer .

Live and act

From 1995 to 1997 he trained as an actor at the Zerbbreche Fenster theater in Berlin .

From 2000 to 2008 he appeared as a theater actor in the Berlin Sophiensaele , the barracks of the Deutsches Theater, the Tacheles, the Theater zum western Stadthirschen and the Rote Fabrik in Zurich .

In 2001, Blume made his debut as a film actor with a role in the political thriller Operation Rubicon . The following year he took on the leading role in Fremdkörper , a graduation film from the KHM Cologne , which was awarded the German Short Film Prize in gold. In 2007 he played leading roles in Beautiful Bitch and the award-winning short film Robin and appeared in the Oscar-nominated film The Baader Meinhof Complex . Blume also starred in several episodes of the crime film series Polizeiruf 110 and Tatort .

Patrick von Blume made his directorial debut in 2002 with the semi-documentary theater project "SPEECHES", in which speeches by politicians after the 11th were spoken by actors. In several "SPEECHES" productions u. a. Klaus Löwitsch, Angela Winkler, Ulrich Matthes, Miriam Goldschmidt, Jutta Wachowiak, Irm Hermann and Hussi Kutlucan. The films "SPEECHES - Speeches after September 11th" were made, which was broadcast on the ZDFtheaterkanal (2003) and "SPEECHES - Fight for the Promised Land (2004).

In 2015 he played the title character of the ARD evening series "Huck", for which he also worked on the soundtrack . As part of this production, von Blume released his first album "Mit Herz und Fausch".

Most recently he was seen in leading roles as a politician in the biopic "Big Manni" and as a village policeman in "Die Undatterin" (both ARD) as well as in the movie "Hotel Auschwitz".

Patrick von Blume is a family man and lives in Berlin .
