reception

criticism

On the occasion of the first German VHS release in 1988 and 1989, the lexicon of international films judged : “A naive fairy tale with endless dialogues and technical bells and whistles. A rather disappointing revitalization. " " TV adventure staged with the usual infantile dramaturgy and the usual technical hocus-pocus. " " Stereotypical entertainment with stilted dialogues and slow action. " " Narrated in an honest television style, with little technical and large (pseudo) scientific Vocabulary consumption in the involuntarily funny dialogues. "

The time was divided into two parts when the German first broadcast began in 1990. The series is "well-made entertainment, but not more than any science fiction series with lots of special effects." The female main characters are designed to be somewhat colorless; The idea of taking the families of the crew members on board is annoying.
