Anthony Dewayne McDaniel (* 20th January 1985 in Hartsville , South Carolina ) is an American American football poker players on the position of the defensive tackles . With the Seattle Seahawks he was able to win the Super Bowl XLVIII . Most recently he was with the New Orleans Saints in the National Football League (NFL) under contract.

college

McDaniel attended the University of Tennessee and played college football for their team, the Volunteers, from 2003 to 2005 . After violent conduct, he broke a fellow student several bones, he was supported by his university expelled , whereupon he at NFL Draft took part of 2006.

NFL

Jacksonville Jaguars

He was not considered in the draft, but was later signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as a free agent . He missed the last five games with a hip injury. The injuries suffered remained true to him for the next few years. After only four games, the 2007 season was over for him due to a broken wrist . In 2008 he ran for the first time as a starter ; this year a toe injury put him out of action for three games.

Miami Dolphins

In 2009 he moved to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a seven-round pick in the 2009 draft . For his new team he played 54 games in four seasons, but was only used twice as a starter. In 2010, McDaniel was charged with domestic violence, eventually convicted of improper conduct, and subsequently suspended from the NFL for a game.

Seattle Seahawks

He then spent two years with the Seattle Seahawks and twice he was able to reach the Super Bowl with his team . The Super Bowl XLVIII was against the Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl XLIX , even participated in the McDaniel as a starter, went against the New England Patriots lost. When the Seahawks got problems with the salary cap due to new contracts for Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner , he was fired.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

New Orleans Saints

San Francisco 49ers

In mid-October, McDaniel signed the San Francisco 49ers , but released him after four games.

Return to the New Orleans Saints

After several injury-related failures in the defensive line , the New Orleans Saints signed him a second time in late December. In February 2018, McDaniel was released.
