Batayporã , officially Município de Batayporã , is a city in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul in the east mesoregion in the Nova Andradina microregion . The city was founded by the Czech shoe entrepreneur Jan Antonín Baťa , who fled to Brazil from National Socialism .
