Água Clara , officially Município de Água Clara , is a city in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul in the east mesoregion in the Três Lagoas microregion .

location
The city is 204 km from the capital of the state ( Campo Grande ) and 868 km from the state capital ( Brasília ). Neighboring cities are Chapadão do Sul and Costa Rica in the north, Brasilândia in the south , Camapuã and Ribas do Rio Pardo in the east and Três Lagoas and Inocência in the west .
Waters
The city is located in the basin of the Rio Pardo , which flows into the Rio Paraná , which is part of the river system of the Río de la Plata . The city lies on the left bank of the Rio Verde .
