Beychac-et-Caillau is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac in the north, Vayres in the east, Saint-Germain-du-Puch in the southeast, Sallebœuf in the south and southwest, Pompignac in the west and southwest and Montussan in the west.
