Brother Klaus Church
A Bruder-Klaus-Kirche , in Germany partly also St.-Nikolaus-von-Flüe-Kirche , is a church that is consecrated as patron of St. Niklaus von Flüe . Niklaus von Flüe, known as Brother Klaus , is the Catholic patron saint of Switzerland . He is the patron of numerous Roman Catholic churches and chapels in Switzerland and Germany, but also in other countries. Since Niklaus von Flüe could not be canonized until 1947 and thus become a church patron, the churches generally date from the 1950s at the earliest.
