Bulligny is a commune in Lorraine in France with 531 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Toul and the Canton of Meine au Saintois (until 2015: Canton of Toul-Sud ) and is also a member of the Pays de Colombey et du Sud Toulois . The inhabitants are called Bulignacens .

Bulligny is located about 25 kilometers west-southwest of Nancy and eleven kilometers south-southwest of Toul . Neighboring municipalities of Bulligny are Blénod-lès-Toul in the north and west, Crézilles in the east, Bagneux in the east and south-east, Barisey-la-Côte in the south and Allamps in the south-west.
