Domèvre-en-Haye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Manonville in the north and north-west, Martincourt in the north and north-east, Gézoncourt in the north-east, Rogéville in the east and north-east, Tremblecourt in the east and south-east, Manoncourt-en-Woëvre in the south and Minorville in the west.
