Pierre-la-Treichen is a French commune with 492 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). Administratively it belongs to the arrondissement of Toul and is part of the canton of Toul (until 2015: Toul-Sud ).
geography
The community is mainly located on the left bank of the Moselle , around 20 kilometers southwest of Nancy and five kilometers southeast of Toul . Neighboring communities are Chaudeney-sur-Moselle in the north, Villey-le-Sec in the northeast, Sexey-aux-Forges in the east and Bicqueley in the south and west.
Transport links
Pierre-la-Treichen is developed in a west-east direction by the Départementsstraße D121. The A31 motorway runs through the western and northern neighboring communities.
