Jaillon is a French commune with 478 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toul and the canton of Le Nord-Toulois (until 2015: canton of Domèvre-en-Haye ).

Jaillon is about 17 kilometers northwest of Nancy . Jaillon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Avrainville in the north and west, Rosières-en-Haye in the north and north-east, Liverdun in the east, Villey-Saint-Étienne in the south and Francheville in the west and south-west.
