Hamonville is a French commune with 96 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toul and the canton of Le Nord-Toulois (until 2015: canton of Domèvre-en-Haye ). The inhabitants are called Hamonvillois .

Hamonville is about 35 kilometers northwest of Nancy . Hamonville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mandres-aux-Quatre-Tours in the north and west, Bernécourt in the northeast, Grosrouvres in the east, Ansauville in the east and southeast and Royaumeix in the south and southeast.
