Ochey is a French commune with 518 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). Administratively it belongs to the arrondissement of Toul , is part of the canton of Meine au Saintois (until 2015: canton of Toul-Sud ) and a member of the community association Pays de Colombey et du Sud Toulois .

Ochey is about 21 kilometers west-southwest of Nancy and ten kilometers south-southeast of Toul . Neighboring municipalities of Ochey are Bicqueley in the north, Sexey-aux-Forges in the northeast, Viterne and Thuilley-aux-Groseilles in the east, Allain in the south, Crézilles in the west and Moutrot in the west and northwest.

The Nancy-Ochey military airfield ( Base aeriénne 133 ) is located in the municipality .
