Euvezin is surrounded by the neighboring communities Bouillonville in the north, Thiaucourt-Regniéville in the north and northeast, Viéville-en-Haye in the east and northeast, Limey-Remenauville in the east and southeast, Flirey in the south, Essey-et-Maizerais in the west and southwest as well Pannes to the west and northwest.
