Beaumont is a French commune with 72 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toul and the canton of Le Nord-Toulois (until 2015: canton of Domèvre-en-Haye ). The inhabitants are called Sambumontais .

Beaumont is about 42 kilometers northwest of Nancy . Beaumont is surrounded by the neighboring communities Seicheprey in the north, Mandres-aux-Quatre-Tours in the south and east and Rambucourt in the west.
