The China Open 2015 was a tennis tournament that took place in Beijing from October 5th to 11th, 2015 . It was part of the 2015 ATP World Tour and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week, the Rakuten Japan Open Tennis Championships were played in Tokyo , which, like the China Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Defending champion in singles was Novak Đoković , in doubles it was the duo Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecău .

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.

qualification

The qualification took place on October 3rd and 4th, 2015. Four qualifying places in the individual competition and one place in the doubles competition were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
