Eternal medal table of the figure skating world championships

This list contains the national rankings or the eternal medal table of the figure skating world championships and is divided into four separate tables for men, women, couples and ice dance competitions as well as an overall table. All individual lists are sorted according to the number of medals won.

  • Place: Indicates the order of the countries. This is determined by the number of gold medals. If the number is the same, the silver medals are compared, then the bronze medals.
  • Country: gives the name of the country. In individual cases, the respective predecessor states are also included.
  • Gold: states the number of gold medals won.
  • Silver: states the number of silver medals won.
  • Bronze: states the number of bronze medals won.
  • Total: states the number of all medals won.

  • Placement: Indicates the order of the athletes. This is determined by the number of gold medals. If the number is the same, the silver medals are compared, then the bronze medals.
  • Name: gives the name of the athlete.
  • Country: Name the country for which the athlete started. When changing nationality, the country for which the athlete won the last medal is named.
  • By: The year the athlete won the first World Championship medal.
  • Until: The year in which the athlete won the last World Championship medal.
  • Gold: states the number of all gold medals won.
  • Silver: states the number of silver medals won.
  • Bronze: states the number of bronze medals won.
  • Total: states the number of all medals won.
  • Athletes who are still active are highlighted in bold.
