The abbreviations after the stations in brackets are the respective distribution channels of the stations. They are as follows:
The list of radio stations in Austria includes current and former radio stations that are or have been broadcast on Austrian territory.
The broadcasting and telecommunications regulatory GmbH (both radio and TV) lead must by law a frequency point that divides for each transmission range of a transmission system, the distribution of broadcast frequencies to radio stations. Almost all channels are also available on the Internet as a live stream.
