Maisons is a French municipality with 374 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire (2015 Center). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the Portes Euréliennes d'Île-de-France municipal association founded in 2017 . The inhabitants are called Maisonnais .
geography
Maisons is in the north of the Beauce countryside , 35 kilometers east-southeast of Chartres and about 70 kilometers southeast of Paris . Maisons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainville in the north and east, Léthuin in the south-east, Morainville in the south, Denonville in the west and south-west and La Chapelle-d'Aunainville in the west and north-west.
