The manufacturer was Schmidt & Bensdorf GmbH from Mannheim . There was a connection to the Badenia automobile works from Ladenburg . Construction time was from 1924 to 1925.

The only model was a small car with three wheels. The single wheel was in the back. The single - cylinder four-stroke engine with 348 cm³ displacement and 13 hp was air-cooled .
