Trimer is a commune in Brittany in France . It belongs to the Ille-et-Vilaine department , the Saint-Malo arrondissement and the Combourg canton . The inhabitants call themselves Trimerois or Trimeroises. It is bordered by Trévérien to the north-west, Saint-Domineuc to the north-east and east, Tinténiac to the south-east, La Baussaine to the south and Saint-Thual to the west .
