The 26th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1902 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Worple Road.
Men's singles
Laurence Doherty defeated last year's winner Arthur Gore in the Challenge Round and won his first of five titles.
Ladies singles
The women's Challenge Round between Charlotte Cooper and Muriel Robb had to be canceled after two sets at 4: 6 and 11:13 due to heavy rain. The next day the match restarted and Muriel Robb won her only title 7-5 and 6-1.
Men's doubles
In doubles, Sydney Smith and Frank Riseley were able to interrupt the Doherty brothers' winning streak. They won the Challenge Round 4: 6, 8: 6, 6: 3, 4: 6 and 11: 9.
