The 57th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1937 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Church Road.

The American Don Budge was the first player to win the men's title in all three competitions (singles, doubles and mixed). For the first time, the BBC broadcast individual games on television.

Men's singles

Don Budge defeated Gottfried von Cramm in three sets in the final .

In the women's category, Dorothy Round won her second title after 1935.

Don Budge and Gene Mako were successful in men's doubles .

Ladies doubles

Simone Mathieu and Billie Yorke won the women's doubles.

Mixed

Alice Marble and Don Budge won the mixed competition .
