The 45th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1925 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Church Road.
This year all title holders came from France except for Elizabeth Ryan . Suzanne Lenglen won the title in every competition she competed in (singles, doubles and mixed).
Men's singles
In a new edition of last year's final, this time René Lacoste defeated Jean Borotra in four sets.
Ladies singles
In the women's category, Suzanne Lenglen won her sixth and final Wimbledon title. In the entire tournament, she only gave five games.
Men's doubles
In the men's doubles, the Americans René Lacoste and Jean Borotra won .
Ladies doubles
Suzanne Lenglen and Elizabeth Ryan won their sixth double title.
Mixed
Suzanne Lenglen and Jean Borotra were successful in mixed .
