To celebrate the tournament's 75th anniversary, All England Club President Princess Marina hosted a dinner attended by 38 former winners.

In the first all-British women's final since 1914, Angela Mortimer defeated Christine Truman in three sets.

Roy Emerson and Neale Fraser won the men's doubles .

Ladies doubles

Karen Hantze-Susman and Billie Jean Mofitt won the women's doubles title.

Lesley Turner and Fred Stolle were successful in mixed .
