Grand Slams 1910

The 34th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1910 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Worple Road.

After the constant rain in the previous year made the paths on the site almost impassable through mud, it was decided to pave all paths before the 1910 tournament.

Men's singles

With the US-American Beals Wright and the New Zealander Anthony Wilding , two non-Britons were in the All-Comers final for the first time . Wilding prevailed in four sets and then won his first of four titles by 1913 in the Challenge Round against Arthur Gore .

Ladies singles

Dorothea Douglass-Chambers defeated Dora Boothby in the Challenge Round and won her fourth title.

Men's doubles

Josiah Ritchie and Anthony Wilding won in doubles .
