Busséol is about 16 kilometers southeast of Clermont-Ferrand . Busséol is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Georges-sur-Allier in the north, Saint-Julien-de-Coppel in the east, Laps in the south, Saint-Maurice in the southwest and Mirefleurs in the west.
