history
Chraberce was mentioned for the first time in a document of the Vršovci prince Nemoj from 1100 to 1107 about the cession of the village to the church on Vyšehrad . Until the time of the Hussite Wars, the village remained in the ownership of the Chapter and in 1437, Emperor Sigismund Chraberce bequeathed it to the former Hussite leader Jakoubek z Vřesovic , who had converted to the emperor's side. Jakoubek z Vřesovic sold the place to the town of Laun in 1544 . Because of the town's participation in the uprising against the Habsburgs, Chraberce belonged to the Laun estates that Emperor Ferdinand I confiscated. In 1561 the Launers bought it back together with other goods for the benefit of the town church. After the Battle of the White Mountain , Chraberce was again confiscated and sold to Wolf Illburg z Vřesovic. In 1684 the town of Laun acquired the place again and held it in their possession until the abolition of patrimonial rule in 1848.
In 1909 the volunteer fire brigade was founded and in 1910 a branch of the Bohemian Hop Growing Association was established. In 1930 hops were grown on an area of eight hectares . In 1940 Chraberce, which was part of the Czech settlement area, had 369 inhabitants.
