Ferrières is a French municipality with 480 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clermont and the canton of Estrées-Saint-Denis ( Maignelay-Montigny until 2015 ).

Ferrières is about 41 kilometers northwest of Compiègne . Ferrières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Royaucourt in the north and northeast, Dompierre in the east, Godenvillers in the east and southeast, Maignelay-Montigny in the south, Crèvecœur-le-Petit in the south and southwest and Welles-Pérennes in the west and northwest.
