Francis Valentine Joseph "Frank" Hussey (born February 14, 1905 in New York , NY , † December 26, 1974 in Coxsackie , NY) was an American athlete and Olympic champion .

At the VIII Olympic Games in Paris in 1924 , he won the gold medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay race with a new world record, together with his teammates Loren Murchison , Louis Clarke and Alfred LeConey , ahead of the teams from Great Britain (silver) and the Netherlands (bronze).

In 1925 he won the AAU championships over 100 meters and the New England championships in 1926 and 1927 over 100 yards . In 1927 he also won over 200 yards. After that, his sporting career ended.
