Krasnopawlivka ( Ukrainian Краснопавлівка ; Russian Краснопавловка Krasnopawlowka ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 7200 inhabitants (2014).
The village was founded in 1868 and has had urban-type settlement status since 1972.
geography
Krasnopawlivka is located in Losowa district, 120 km south of Kharkiv and 31 km north of the district center Losowa at the intersection of regional roads P-51 and P-79 . The settlement has a train station on the Sevastopol – Kharkiv railway line .
The villages of Brajiliwka ( Браїлівка ) with about 200 inhabitants and Myroniwka ( Миронівка ) with about 330 inhabitants also belong to the settlement council .
