Wilschany ( Ukrainian Вільшани ; Russian Ольшаны Olschany ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with 6900 inhabitants (2019).

Wilschany was founded in 1650, received the status of an urban-type settlement in 1938 and is the only place belonging to the settlement council of the same name in Derhatschi district .

The settlement is located at an altitude of 121 m on the regional road P-46 about 30 km west of the Kharkiv Oblast center and 23 km southwest of the Derhatschi district center .
