Bilyj Kolodjas ( Ukrainian Білий Колодязь ; Russian Белый Колодезь Bely Kolodes ) is an urban-type settlement in the north of the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with around 3800 inhabitants (2019).

Bilyj Kolodjas is the administrative center of the settlement council Municipality in Rajon Vovchansk to which even the villages Wolochiwske ( Волохівське ⊙ ) with about 200 inhabitants and Semljanyj Jar ( Земляний Яр ⊙ ) includes approximately 220 inhabitants.

The settlement is located 87 km northeast of Oblastzentrum Kharkiv and 16 km southeast of the Rajonzentrum Vovchansk on the territorial road T-21-04 .

The village, founded in 1760 and first mentioned in the second half of the 18th century, has a train station on the Belgorod - Kupyansk railway line and has been an urban-type settlement since 1938.
