The Macedonian national basketball team for men represents the Republic of North Macedonia in international basketball matches. So far she has qualified for four European championships ( 1999 , 2009 , 2011 and 2013 ), with her fourth place in 2011 being her greatest success to date.

The stars of the early years were Point Guard Petar Naumoski and Shooting Guard Vrbica Stefanov , who led the national team to participate in the European Championship in 1999. For Macedonia, Kenyon Jones , Ryan Stack , Mike Wilkinson , Jeremiah Massey , the former NBA player Darius Washington , Marques Green , Richard Hendrix and especially Bo McCalebb played numerous naturalized US-Americans in recent years .
