The 1992/93 OHL season was the 13th season of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). The Peterborough Petes won the Hamilton Spectator Trophy as the best points team of the regular season and also sat in the playoff final against the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds to secure the seventh J. Ross Robertson Cup in their history.
Changes
The Cornwall Royals were relocated to Newmarket and henceforth took part in gaming operations as Newmarket Royals . The Detroit Compuware Ambassadors also changed their name to Detroit Junior Red Wings .
