Reich salary regulations

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The annexes to the salary laws of the German Reich , for example from 1909, 1920 and 1927, are generally referred to as the Reichsbeoldungsordnung ( RBesO ). They contained the pay amounts for the offices of civil servants and ranks of soldiers . The legal designation was originally the salary regulations , only from the 29th Amendment Act of 1937 to the Reich salary regulations. In 1940, parts A (increasing salaries), B (fixed salaries), C (soldiers) and H (university professors) were completely revised. The Reich salary order was transferred to the United Economic Area and from there to the Federal Republic of Germany . Successor in 1957, the federal pay regulation (BBesO) in the Federal Remuneration Act (BBesG).
