Sénestis ( Gascon Cenestís ) is a French municipality with 211 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Marmande and the canton Les Forêts de Gascogne (until 2015 Le Mas-d'Agenais ). The inhabitants are called Sénestissois .

Sénestis is located about 80 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux on the Garonne . Sénestis is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Taillebourg in the north and north-west, Fauguerolles in the north and north-east, Fauillet in the east, Lagruère in the south and south-east, Le Mas-d'Agenais in the south and west and Caumont-sur-Garonne in the north-west.
