Armillac ( Occitan Armilhac ) is a community in southwestern France and is located in the Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (2016 Aquitaine ).

The inhabitants are called Armillacais .

The municipality is made up of the hamlets of Briffaut, Galand, Moulin and Pigeonneau, Molière, Saintongier and Tous Vents. The community is cultivated for the production of milk, tobacco and grain.

Toponymy

It is believed that the parish owes its name to a wealthy Gallic landowner named Armillius .
